Job Summary : We are seeking a proactive and organized Lead generation /Telecalling Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for facilitating communication between teams, managing leads, and ensuring seamless coordination to support sales activities. This role is crucial for driving customer engagement and achieving business growth. Key Responsibilities: 1. B2C Calling: Engage with potential customers, explain product offerings, address inquiries, and build strong relationships. 2. Lead & Visit Follow-ups: Collaborate with the marketing team to track leads, schedule follow-ups, and ensure timely visits. 3. MIS & Reporting: Generate and maintain daily Management Information System (MIS) reports, summarizing key sales activities and sharing them with the reporting manager. 4. Quotation Coordination: Work closely with the project team to prepare and share accurate quotations with clients. Required Skills & Qualifications: Excellent command of Hindi and English with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Minimum graduate degree in any stream. 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in a similar sales coordination role. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
