This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecaller located in Guwahati. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, providing product and service information, answering inquiries, and following up on leads. The role includes maintaining a customer database, scheduling appointments, and achieving call quotas. The Telecaller will also assist in customer relationship management and support the sales team.
