Job Description

We are looking for a persuasive and customer-focused Telecaller to join our team. The role involves making outbound calls to potential customers, handling inbound inquiries, explaining products/services, and converting leads into successful sales or appointments. --- Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain products/services. Handle inbound calls, respond to queries, and provide accurate information. Maintain customer database with updated information. Follow communication scripts and sales techniques to achieve targets. Build and maintain positive relationships with customers. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets. Handle objections and resolve customer concerns effectively. Provide feedback to the team on customer needs and market trends. --- Required Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Hindi/English/[local language]). Good persuasion and negotiation skills. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools preferred). Ability to handle pressure and meet sales targets. Positive att itude, self-motivation, and teamwork.
