Job Description: Exhibition Process Executive (Visitor Invitation) Position: Exhibition Process Executive Location: Noida Job Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities: * Contact potential visitors through phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp to invite them to the exhibition. * Explain exhibition details (date, venue, highlights, participating brands, benefits of visiting). * Maintain visitor database and update daily call reports. * Answer visitor queries related to entry, registration, and facilities. * Ensure maximum conversion of invites into confirmed visitors. * Coordinate with the exhibition team for daily progress updates. * Follow the calling script and maintain professional communication at all times. Requirements: Minimum 1 year experience in telecalling / customer service / event promotion (freshers with good communication skills may also apply). -Good communication skills in English and Hindi. -Polite, confident, and professional attitude on calls.
