We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Travel Sales Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for advising clients on travel options, creating personalized itineraries, selling holiday packages, and providing excellent after-sales support. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth while ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Key Responsibilities: • Engage with clients via phone, email, and in-person to understand their travel needs and preferences. • Design and sell customized domestic and international travel packages, including flights, hotels, sightseeing, transport, and insurance. • Provide accurate information on visa requirements, travel regulations, and destinations. • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and maintain conversion rates. • Follow up on leads generated through marketing and digital campaigns. • Maintain relationships with suppliers, tour operators, and airline partners. • Handle booking amendments, cancellations, and customer complaints professionally. • Stay updated with the latest travel trends, offers, and destination knowledge. • Promote and upsell travel-related products (e.g., insurance, experiences, upgrades). ⸻ Requirements: • Proven experience as a travel consultant or sales executive in the travel industry (1–3 years preferred). • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong knowledge of GDS systems (Amadeus/Sabre/Galileo) is a plus. • Customer-first approach with problem-solving attitude. • Good organizational and multitasking skills. • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets. • Passion for travel and knowledge of popular destinations. • Bachelor’s degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
