Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Knowing all the details of the service offerings. Making calls and informing customers about our services. Understanding customers’ requirements by asking questions and closing the deal Answering all queries and questions regarding the company and its services. Maintaining and updating the customer database. Follow up with interested clients daily or according to their needs. Submit a daily working report at the end of the day. Skills & Qualifications: Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) Good listening abilities to understand customer needs and concerns Ability to work under pressure and meet targets Proficiency in CRM software or data entry systems Strong persuasion and negotiation skills for sales positions Customer-focused attitude and ability to maintain professionalism Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively Previous experience in a telesales or customer service role is a plus A high school diploma or equivalent, as well as a college degree, is a plus.
