Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecaller located in Nagpur. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling customer inquiries, and providing information about our services. The role includes maintaining customer records, following up on leads, and contributing to overall customer satisfaction. The Telecaller will also collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in telecalling, customer service, or a related field
• Ability to handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about our services
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer service tools
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is a plus
• Proficiency in multiple languages is an advantage
