Job Role & Responsibilities As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for generating sales opportunities for the company and ensuring smooth coordination with the sales team. Key Responsibilities • Make outbound calls to potential clients and introduce company products. • Generate qualified client visits for the sales executive. • Send company profiles and product details via email to interested clients. • Maintain healthy and professional client communication. • Record every call outcome and client information in Excel with accuracy. • Keep an updated database of all client interactions. • Submit daily work reports in the prescribed format. Key Skills Required • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Basic knowledge of MS Excel, data entry, and email drafting. • Ability to handle client queries confidently. • Goal-oriented and self-motivated. Qualification & Experience • Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass (Graduates preferred). • Experience: Prior experience in telecalling / inside sales / customer service preferred. • Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome. Work Details • Job Type: Full-time (Office-based) • Work Timings: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM • Weekly Off: Sunday.
