Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Telecaller role located in Delhi, India. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, providing information about Solh Wellness services, and addressing inquiries. Daily tasks will include maintaining client databases, following up on leads, and recording feedback. The Telecaller will play a key role in our customer outreach efforts by ensuring a positive experience for all who engage with Solh Wellness.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in customer service, telemarketing, or related fields
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other telecalling tools
• Ability to handle customer queries and objections effectively
• Basic knowledge of mental wellness and stress management solutions is a plus
• Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain detailed records
• Fluency in English and Hindi
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification
