Silverwoods Resorts is looking for enthusiastic and result-driven telecallers to join our team. You will be responsible for connecting with potential guests, explaining resort offers, and converting inquiries into confirmed bookings.
Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Explain resort packages, offers, and facilities clearly and professionally.
Maintain and update customer information in the database.
Follow up on leads and ensure maximum conversion.
Work closely with the sales and marketing team to achieve monthly targets.
Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive company image.
Requirements
Good communication skills in English and Malayalam.
Basic computer knowledge and telephone etiquette.
Previous experience in telecalling, sales,
Positive attitude, target-oriented, and self-motivated.
Benefits
