Digital Marketer Intern

Role Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic Digital Marketing Intern to join our Kochi head office team. The intern will assist in maintaining our website, supporting digital campaigns, exploring new marketing practices, and staying updated on emerging IT and digital trends. This role is ideal for students or freshers passionate about digital marketing, hospitality, and technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in updating and maintaining the official website with new content, offers, and visuals.
• Support execution of digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and Google platforms.
• Research and suggest new IT and digital marketing trends suitable for the hospitality industry.
• Coordinate with the marketing team for SEO, SEM, and performance tracking.
• Help in creating engaging content (posts, blogs, creatives, videos) for online platforms.
• Assist in managing OTA listings and online reputation.
• Prepare simple reports and insights on digital activities.

Requirements

• Pursuing or completed a degree/diploma in Marketing, IT, Mass Communication, or related field.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing).
• Familiarity with website CMS (WordPress preferred) is a plus.
• Interest in new IT/digital innovations.
• Strong communication, coordination, and creative thinking skills.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt quickly.
