Job Title: Telecaller-Sales Support (Industrial Equipment) Experience: 6 Months to 3 Years Salary: Max. Up to 19,000 per month + Benefits (depends on expertise) Job Location: Sanand Chaukdi, Ahmedabad, Gujarat Job Type: Full-time (Work from Office only) Job Description: We are looking for a dedicated and result-oriented Telecaller to join our sales support team. The candidate will be responsible for handling sales enquiries and follow-ups through calls, emails, and WhatsApp, primarily focused on industrial equipment such as JCBs, Voltas forklifts , and similar machines. Key Responsibilities: Reach out to existing and potential customers as per company data. Conduct follow-ups via phone, email, and WhatsApp. Handle enquiries for industrial machinery sales. Achieve a target of 50 machine sales per year. Maintain and update customer data in Excel and company systems. Assist with back-office and sales support-related tasks. Candidate Requirements: 6 months to 3 years of experience in telecalling, inside sales, or customer support. Good communication skills in Hindi, Gujarati, and basic English. Comfortable with Excel and basic computer operations. Prior experience in industrial or machinery-related telecalling is a plus. Must be comfortable working from our office in Sanand Chaukdi, Ahmedabad (No Work from Home option).
