Through professional services, they assist banks and financial institutions in minimizing NPAs, unlocking resources, and focusing on developmental goals.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a TeleCaller, based in New Delhi. The TeleCaller will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients to promote Renovo Assets' asset management solutions, maintaining accurate records of conversations, addressing client inquiries, and building positive relationships. Additional tasks include providing post-call feedback and assistance to ensure customer satisfaction and organizational goals are met.

Qualifications

Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
Basic knowledge of NPA management and asset recovery (preferred but not mandatory)
Ability to operate and maintain records using standard office software and tools
Sales, negotiation, and problem-solving skills for converting leads into relationships
Fluency in English and Hindi; additional regional languages are an advantage
Comfortable with a fast-paced, target-driven environment
High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus
