Salary: ₹20,000 per month
Working Days: 5 days a week

Offs: 2 rotational offs after successfully completing 6 months
Shift: Night Shift (US Process)

About the Role:
We are looking for energetic and detail-oriented professionals to join our US Healthcare Backend Office team. This is a non-billing process role, focused on administrative and backend support tasks for US medical practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle backend operations such as patient data management, eligibility verification, prior authorization, and documentation.
• Maintain high accuracy and confidentiality (HIPAA compliance).
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of daily tasks.

Requirements:

• Good communication skills (written & verbal).
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
• Willing to work in night shifts (US timings).
• Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply.
• Experience in US Healthcare / RCM process will be an added advantage.
