Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a TeleCaller, based in Noida. The TeleCaller will handle day-to-day tasks including managing outbound and inbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, resolving client concerns, and providing information about the company’s services. Responsibilities also include building and maintaining positive relationships with prospective clients, maintaining records of customer interactions, and achieving communication and sales targets.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
• Persuasive speaking skills with the ability to handle objections effectively
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
• Proficiency in maintaining accurate records and organizational skills
• Basic understanding of construction or interior design processes is a plus
• Proficiency in common office tools and CRM software
• High adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in a customer-facing role such as sales or telesales is preferred
