Job Description

Hiring: Telecaller (Sales Support)

Company: PropEaze

Employment Type: Full-time

Work Schedule: Six-day work week (Monday off)

Compensation: Fixed ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month + incentives up to ₹10,00,000

Key Responsibilities:

Make a minimum of
100 outbound calls per day
Connect with potential customers and explain PropEaze’s offerings
Qualify leads and coordinate follow-ups with the sales team
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversations
Support the sales process with timely updates and insights
Work closely with the founder’s office and sales leadership

Eligibility Criteria:

1–3 years of prior telecalling experience
(any industry)
Strong English communication skills
(mandatory)
Comfortable working with targets and high call volumes
Confident, persuasive, and performance-oriented
Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
