Job Description

Core responsibilities Sales and client management: Generate leads through cold calling and prospecting. Explain motor insurance products and features to potential customers. Identify client needs and recommend appropriate policies. Achieve sales targets and follow up on leads to close sales. Handle policy renewals and process payments. Claims and underwriting: Investigate and assess motor vehicle accident claims. Process payments for claims. Communicate with customers, stakeholders, and other parties involved in a claim. Draw up quotes, negotiate policy terms, and balance risk for the insurer. Administrative and support: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Assist in resolving customer issues related to policies and claims. Stay updated on industry developments, regulations, and technology.  Required skills and qualifications Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Negotiation skills. Product knowledge of motor insurance. Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues. Proficiency with insurance software and CRM systems is often required. Qualifications: A bachelor's degree is often preferred or HSC. Previous experience in motor insurance or Life Insurance Sales
