Job Description

Job Title: Telecaller – International Market Experience: 1 Year Location: Sector 132, Noida Office Timings: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM Working Days: Monday to Friday (Saturday – Work from Home) Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller with 1 year of experience in telecalling to join our Sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling outbound calls, following up on leads, and supporting the sales team with coordination tasks. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective clients in International market and explain products/services Follow up on leads generated by sales team Maintain customer databases accurately Assist the sales team in scheduling meetings, and follow-ups with potential prospects Maintain daily call records and prepare reports on call performance and outcomes Ensure a high level of professionalism in all communications with prospects Required Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently Prior experience in sales coordination is preferred Qualifications: Minimum 1 year of experience in Telecalling or a sales support role Graduate in any discipline What We Offer: Fixed working hours (10:00 AM – 7:00 PM) 5 Days office working + Saturday work-from-home Supportive and collaborative work environment Growth and learning opportunities
