As a Telecaller, you will play a key role in generating leads, explaining financial products/services, and maintaining customer relationships. Key Responsibilities: • Make outbound calls to potential customers. • Explain company’s financial products and services clearly. • Follow up with interested leads and schedule appointments. • Maintain accurate records of calls and responses. • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets. • Handle customer inquiries politely and professionally. Requirements: • Minimum 10th or 12th pass. • Good communication skills in Hindi (English is a plus). • Basic computer knowledge. • Previous experience in telecalling or sales (preferred but not mandatory). • Freshers are welcome.
