Job Title: Telecaller – Outbound (Freshers Welcome) Job Summary: We are looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated Outbound Telecallers to join our sales and customer support team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, basic computer knowledge (including MS Excel), and a passion for interacting with customers. This is a great opportunity for freshers to start a career in B2B and B2C sales, customer handling, and client engagement. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers and business clients. Explain products or services clearly and persuasively over the phone. Handle customer inquiries and resolve basic issues professionally. Maintain and update customer databases using MS Excel or CRM software. Follow up with clients and schedule appointments or demos if required. Maintain call records and report daily activity to team leads. Work closely with the sales and business development team to meet targets. Qualifications: Minimum educational requirement: 12th pass (Higher Secondary). Freshers are encouraged to apply; training will be provided. Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations is essential. Good communication skills in [insert preferred languages if necessary, e.g., English, Hindi, etc.]. Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated. Preferred Skills: Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service (preferred but not mandatory). Basic understanding of B2B and B2C sales concepts.
