We believe in strong teamwork, responsible credit practices, and creating a positive experience for every customer we serve. 🔷 Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced and proactive Team Leader to manage a team of telecallers and oversee end-to-end loan conversion and disbursement processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for team performance, call quality, lead management, and ensuring timely disbursement of personal loans and overdrafts. 🔷 Key ResponsibilitiesTeam ManagementLead, motivate, and guide a team of telecallers working on personal loan and overdraft products. Monitor daily team performance, call quality, productivity, and target achievement. Provide regular coaching, feedback, and training to improve telecaller performance. Manage team rosters, attendance, discipline, and overall team operations. Loan Conversion & DisbursementOversee lead allocation to telecallers and ensure proper follow-ups. Review customer eligibility, documentation, and application status. Coordinate with credit, operations, and banking partners for quick processing. Drive loan conversions and ensure timely disbursement of files. Track daily disbursement numbers and ensure monthly targets are achieved. Process & ComplianceEnsure telecallers follow company scripts, communication guidelines, and compliance standards. Maintain accurate MIS reports, performance trackers, and disbursement logs. Identify process gaps and suggest improvements to enhance productivity. 🔷 RequirementsMinimum 2–4 years experience in telecalling/loan sales, with at least 1 year in a team leader role. Strong knowledge of personal loans / overdraft products and documentation. Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills. Ability to handle pressure, motivate teams, and drive performance. Good analytical and reporting skills (Excel, MIS).
