Job Description

Key Responsibilities Pick up and deliver packages to assigned locations within the scheduled time. Verify recipient details and ensure accurate delivery of shipments. Handle parcels safely and maintain package integrity. Use mobile apps (delivery app/pod app) for navigation, updating delivery status, and collecting digital signatures. Communicate with customers professionally regarding delivery timings or issues. Coordinate with supervisors or dispatch teams for route planning. Maintain delivery vehicle (bike) in good working condition. Follow company safety standards and traffic rules at all times. Report undelivered packages, address issues, and return shipments if required. Requirements Education: SSLC / PUC / Any Graduate (preferred but not mandatory). Experience: Freshers or experienced candidates can apply. Age: 18–45 years (you can modify based on your need). Driving License: Valid 2-wheeler driving license. pan and Aadhar Vehicle: Own bike with valid insurance Skills: Basic communication skills (Kannada/Hindi/English as per job location). Good knowledge of local routes. Ability to use smartphone apps. Time management and customer service skills. Physical Fitness: Ability to carry parcels, stand/walk for extended periods. Work Hours: Flexible/Shift-based depending on company requirements. Additional InformationAttractive salary + incentives based on deliveries. Weekly off and leave benefits as per company policy. Training will be provided for app usage and delivery process.
