Job Title: Telecaller – Outbound (Freshers Welcome) Job Summary: We are looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated Outbound Telecallers to join our sales and customer support team. Key Responsibilities Pick up and deliver packages to assigned locations within the scheduled time. Verify recipient details and ensure accurate delivery of shipments. Handle parcels safely and maintain package integrity. Use mobile apps (delivery app/pod app) for navigation, updating delivery status, and collecting digital signatures. Communicate with customers professionally regarding delivery timings or issues. Coordinate with supervisors or dispatch teams for route planning. Maintain delivery vehicle (bike) in good working condition. Follow company safety standards and traffic rules at all times. Report undelivered packages, address issues, and return shipments if required. Requirements Education: SSLC / PUC / Any Graduate (preferred but not mandatory).
