Job Description

Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to customers to explain products/services.


Handle inbound calls and assist customers with queries.


Maintain customer records and update the database regularly.


Follow up with leads and convert them into sales or appointments.


Provide accurate information to customers and maintain professionalism.


Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call targets.


Resolve customer issues or escalate them to the senior/team leader.


Maintain good communication and relationship with clients.


Qualifications

12th pass or Graduate (any stream).


Fresher or experienced both can apply.


Good communication skills (Hindi/English or regional language).


Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, data entry).


Ability to handle calls confidently.


Patience and positive attitude.


Good listening and convincing skills.
