As a Telecaller, you will connect with potential clients, understand their needs, and present our offerings to generate leads and drive conversions. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, between 10 AM to 7 PM Work Duration: 6 hours daily (flexible within the time frame) Call Targets: Daily: Minimum 35 picked calls Monthly: Minimum 700 picked calls Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential clients and introduce Meta Scifor’s products/services Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and client feedback Effectively communicate product benefits and features Meet or exceed call and sales targets Build positive relationships with prospects and clients Work collaboratively with the sales team for lead generation and follow-up Requirements: Freshers with strong speaking skills and interest in sales are welcome to apply Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to persuade, negotiate, and close sales Target-oriented mindset with a proactive approach Self-motivated, reliable, and team-oriented Compensation Structure: Base Salary: ₹10,000/month Incentives: • After completing 12 confirmed sales , you'll earn ₹1,000 for every additional 2 sales. • Monthly total earnings can reach up to ₹25,000 based on performance.
