Position Overview:

Telecaller & Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Telecalling & Lead Generation

• Conduct outbound calls and emails to potential clients across

  USA, Canada, and South America

  .
• Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified leads for the sales team.
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams for quotations and technical support.
• Maintain accurate records of all calls, leads, and client interactions in

  Zoho CRM

  .

Marketing & Business Development

• Execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities tailored for American markets.
• Support digital marketing and social media efforts to increase brand visibility.
• Prepare and distribute marketing materials, brochures, and email campaigns.
• Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify potential growth areas.
• Assist in trade show planning, online promotions, and client outreach strategies.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in

  Marketing, International Business, or a related field

  .

• 1–3 years

  of experience in

  international telecalling, telesales, or B2B marketing

  (preferably targeting the American market).
• Excellent

  English communication skills

  (verbal and written).
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and client-handling abilities.
• Proficiency in

  MS Office

  and

  CRM tools

  (Zoho CRM preferred).
• Familiarity with industrial products, engineering goods, or compressor parts is a plus.
