Monitor calling performance, maintain quality standards, and ensure timely follow-ups. Develop and refine calling scripts and strategies for effective lead generation. Assist the team in converting leads into site visits or qualified prospects. Handle escalated client calls with professionalism and empathy. Maintain accurate records in CRM and share regular reports with senior management. Coordinate with the sales team for site visit scheduling and client follow-ups. Conduct regular performance reviews and team meetings for training and motivation.
