About Us

Business Continuity Solutions (BCS) is a leading IT and cybersecurity solutions provider serving clients across the GCC region. We are expanding our inside sales and lead-generation operations and are looking for an experienced Telecaller based in Mangalore to support outreach to clients in Abu Dhabi.

Role Summary

The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers in Abu Dhabi, generating qualified leads, and scheduling meetings for the Sales Team.
Candidates must be from Mangalore or willing to relocate to Mangalore.
Relevant telecalling / inside sales experience is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Client Outreach

  • Make outbound calls to companies in Abu Dhabi to promote BCS products and services.
  • Generate quality leads by identifying customer needs and mapping relevant solutions.
  • Maintain a high call volume and consistent daily outreach.

Appointment Setting

  • Schedule meetings, demos, or introduction calls for the GCC Sales Team.
  • Coordinate closely with the Sales Team to ensure qualified lead handover.
  • Follow up with prospects to reconfirm appointments and collect relevant details.

Database & CRM Management

  • Update and maintain call logs, prospect information, and lead details in the CRM (Zoho CRM preferred).
  • Track and report lead progress from initial contact to appointment booking.
  • Prepare daily/weekly reports on calls made, leads generated, and meetings scheduled.

Market Research

  • Research target industries, companies, and decision-makers in Abu Dhabi.
  • Understand customer requirements and position BCS solutions accordingly.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, inside sales, or lead generation (preferably B2B).
  • Excellent communication skills in English — clarity, confidence, and professional tone are essential.
  • Strong persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle objections and continue follow-ups professionally.
  • Good computer skills; experience with Zoho CRM is an advantage.
  • Must be from Mangalore or willing to relocate to Mangalore.

Preferred Skills

  • Prior experience calling GCC markets (UAE, Qatar, Oman).
  • Experience in IT or technology sales is highly preferred.
  • Ability to work with targets and KPIs.
