Job Role

We are looking for an energetic and persuasive Telecaller to join our team in Kolkata. The primary responsibility will be to connect with exporters and manufacturers across Kolkata & West Bengal, and schedule 3–4 qualified appointments daily for our business development team regarding Alibaba.com membership plans. Females preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to exporters, manufacturers, and SMEs from our database.
• Present the benefits of Alibaba.com membership in a clear and convincing manner.
• Schedule 3–4 confirmed appointments daily for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and appointments in CRM.
• Follow up with potential clients to ensure meeting attendance.
• Achieve daily/weekly calling and appointment targets.
  

Requirements-Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling / telesales / customer service (B2B preferred).Strong communication skills in *Hindi, Bengali, and basic English*.Confidence in speaking with senior business owners and decision-makers.Good persuasion and negotiation skills.Ability to work with targets and deadlines.Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM entry).
