Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecaller, located in Secunderābād. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers, explaining the company’s products and services, and assisting with customer inquiries. Additional responsibilities include maintaining and updating customer databases, handling customer complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction through professional and courteous service.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, or related fields
• Proficiency in using telecommunication systems and CRM software
• Ability to handle and resolve customer complaints effectively
• Basic understanding of solar products and renewable energy systems is a plus
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification is preferred
