Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Staff member located in Secunderābād. The Sales Staff will be responsible for identifying potential clients, maintaining relationships with existing customers, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include conducting market research, managing client inquiries, preparing sales reports, and working closely with the technical team to provide appropriate solar energy solutions. The role also involves participating in promotional activities and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, with a focus on renewable energy or related sectors
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
• Proficient in market research and customer relationship management
• Technical understanding of solar energy solutions is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
