Job description:

A renowned builder in Thrissur is looking for sales staff for their Thrissur office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and follow up on leads through various channels (calls, referrals, online listings, and walk-ins).
• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties according to their requirements.
• Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information about properties, pricing, and amenities.
• Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts between buyers and sellers.
• Maintain an updated database of properties and clients..
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and reports to management.
• Stay updated on market trends, property values, and new projects in the area.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat and referral business.
