Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Tele Caller located in Jaipur. The Tele Caller will be responsible for contacting potential and existing clients, handling customer inquiries, providing information about our services, and maintaining client relationships. The role involves daily phone interactions, documenting client feedback, and working closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve company objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in customer service or telemarketing
• Basic understanding of IT and Digital Marketing services
• Proficiency in using telecommunication systems and maintaining call logs
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good time management and organizational skills
• Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in any field is preferred but not required
