As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, providing them with information about our services, and assisting them with their inquiries. Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote our services
• Provide accurate information and respond to customer inquiries
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude during calls
• Record and update customer information in the database
• Follow up with leads and ensure customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with team members to achieve monthly targets
• Assist in preparing reports on call activities and outcomes
• Participate in training sessions to improve skills and knowledge

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English
• Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Office
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Previous experience in customer service or telecalling is a plus, but not mandatory
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
