We are looking for a DBT & Marketing Process Manager — a problem-solver, process designer, and field-to-tech connector who can lead the digitization of our critical Direct Benefit Transfer workflows. Key Responsibilities: • Digitize and manage the full DBT workflow • Monitor transaction data & ensure compliance (e.g., IFMS) • Collaborate with plant managers, DBT coordinators, and senior stakeholders • Improve system logic for stock ageing, discrepancy detection & risk flagging • Handle escalations and continuously improve using metrics & feedback.
