Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and multilingual Tele callers to join the Admissions & Outreach Team at Ganpat University – Goa. The Telecaller will be responsible for contacting prospective students, providing information about university programs, guiding them through the admission process, and maintaining positive relationships. Candidates who can communicate fluently in English, Hindi, Marathi, Konkani, and any one of the following Gujarati / Telugu / Kannada will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents regarding university courses, programs, and admissions.
• Provide accurate information about eligibility, admission procedures, scholarships, facilities, and campus life.
• Handle inbound calls, resolve queries, and follow up with interested candidates.
• Maintain detailed records of calls, enquiries, and follow-up actions in the CRM system.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls, leads, and conversions.
• Build rapport and maintain positive communication with potential applicants.
• Coordinate with the admissions team for counselling sessions, events, and campus visits.
• Assist in promotional campaigns and student recruitment activities as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum Qualification: HSC / Graduate in any discipline.
• Languages:

• Mandatory: English, Hindi,

• Any one (preferred): Konkani / Gujarati / Telugu / Kannada/ Marathi

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle high-volume calling and remain persuasive and patient.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools preferred).
• Strong listening skills and ability to understand student needs.
• Prior experience in tele calling, customer service, or educational counselling is an added advantage.
