Job Description

📞 Job Summary We are seeking an enthusiastic and persuasive Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach to handle outbound and inbound calls effectively. The role involves promoting our products/services, addressing customer inquiries, and maintaining accurate records of interactions. 🎯 Key Responsibilities Outbound Calling: Initiate calls to potential customers to promote products or services. Inbound Call Handling: Respond to incoming calls from customers with inquiries or complaints. Product Promotion: Explain product features and benefits to customers to encourage purchases. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. Data Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and report to management for service improvement. Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets. 🧠 Required Skills & Qualifications Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Marketing or related field is a plus. Experience: Proven experience as a Telecaller or similar role. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills. Persuasion Skills: Ability to persuade and influence customers. Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer applications. Problem-Solving: Ability to handle customer objections and resolve issues effectively. Time Management: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
