Position Title: Experienced Telecaller cum Sales Coordinator Overview: We are looking for a highly experienced Telecaller cum Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in client communication, lead conversion, and sales support coordination. This role demands a strong grasp of sales processes, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage complex coordination tasks efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Telecalling & Client Engagement: Proactively reach out to existing and potential clients via phone calls, email, and WhatsApp to promote products/services. Handle customer queries, objections, and complaints with professionalism and offer effective solutions. Maintain a lead pipeline through regular follow-ups and relationship-building. Convert cold and warm leads into active opportunities through persuasive communication. Sales Coordination & Backend Support: Liaise with the sales team to support client meetings, presentations, and deal closures. Ensure timely sharing of proposals, quotations, order confirmations, and product/service information. Track and manage the entire sales process — from inquiry to delivery — ensuring seamless customer experiences. Update CRM systems regularly with call logs, customer interactions, sales status, and documentation. Coordinate internally with logistics, finance, and technical teams to fulfill client needs and resolve post-sales issues. Generate and analyze daily/weekly/monthly sales reports to share with the management. Required Skills & Attributes: Excellent Communication : Avrage in English and Hindi with a persuasive, confident, and customer-friendly tone. Sales Acumen: Deep understanding of sales funnels, objection handling, and follow-up techniques. Coordination Excellence: Highly organized and able to coordinate across departments under pressure. Tech-Savvy: Proficient in CRM software, Excel, and email communication. Target-Oriented: Comfortable working in a result-driven environment and achieving KPIs and targets. Qualifications: Education : Graduate in any stream. A degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications is a plus. Experience: Minimum:- 1–2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or sales coordination roles. Professional Traits: Self-motivated and confident with a solution-oriented approach. Excellent time management and multitasking abilities. Willingness to take ownership of client satisfaction and team support. Flexible and adaptive to fast-paced environments and changing priorities.
