We are committed to providing quality products, timely service, and strong client support. --- Position Overview We are looking for a motivated Telecaller cum Sales Executive to handle our online portals, client servicing, and sales support. The candidate will be responsible for managing inquiries from IndiaMART, TradeIndia, Justdial, handling existing clients, coordinating dispatches, and ensuring smooth business operations. --- Key Responsibilities Lead Management & Follow-up Handle daily inquiries from IndiaMART, TradeIndia, Justdial, and other portals. Call prospects, explain product details, and convert leads into confirmed orders. Client Relationship & Sales Manage existing clients and ensure regular follow-ups. Handle negotiations, close deals, and meet sales targets. Provide product quotations, samples, and ensure timely feedback. Order Processing & Dispatch Coordination Track orders and coordinate dispatch schedules with the logistics team. Update clients on delivery status and resolve issues promptly. Back-office & Data Entry Maintain client database, sales records, and inquiry status. Prepare invoices, proforma invoices, quotations, and reports. Marketing & Business Growth Support Assist in digital marketing (WhatsApp campaigns, follow-ups). Research new clients/projects to expand customer base. Support management with growth-oriented activities. --- Skills & Qualifications Graduate in any discipline (Commerce/Business preferred). 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, sales, or client handling (construction/building material industry preferred). Strong communication skills in Hindi and English. Good negotiation and convincing ability. Computer proficiency (MS Excel, Word, Email, Portals like IndiaMART/TradeIndia).
