Job Description

Job Summary:We are looking for a Telecaller cum Computer Operator who can handle inbound and outbound calls, maintain customer relationships, and manage day-to-day data entry and computer operations. The candidate should have good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to multitask efficiently. Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers for sales, service, or follow-ups. Handle inbound customer queries professionally and provide accurate information. Maintain records of calls, customer details, and feedback in databases/CRM. Perform data entry tasks, maintain reports, and update records regularly. Prepare and manage daily/weekly/monthly reports as required. Support administrative tasks and ensure smooth office operations. Coordinate with team members to achieve sales and operational targets. Assist in drafting emails, letters, and other official correspondence. Requirements:Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate (any stream). Proven experience as a telecaller or in a similar role preferred. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and data entry. Good communication skills in [English/Hindi/Local language]. Ability to work under pressure and meet targets. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Typing speed: [specify if required, e.g., 25–30 wpm].
