Key Responsibilities:-

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to promote company products/services.
• Handle inbound calls, answer queries, and provide accurate information about offerings.
• Generate leads, build relationships with prospects, and maintain follow-ups.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
• Maintain proper records of conversations and update CRM/database.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team for smooth lead conversion.
• Provide feedback on customer needs, issues, and market trends.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Telecaller/Customer Care Executive/Sales Representative (preferred).
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (knowledge of regional languages is a plus).
• Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle rejections positively and stay motivated.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office, CRM, or call management tools.
• Minimum qualification: Graduate preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Gomtinagar Vistar, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
