We are seeking an enthusiastic and performance-driven Telecaller and Back-Office | Sales Executive to join our team. If you're passionate about real estate, enjoy interacting with clients, possess a high level of professionalism and integrity, and excel at closing deals, this role is for you. Key Responsibilities: Sales Identify, generate, and manage qualified real estate leads Build and maintain strong client relationships through calls, meetings, and on-site visits Deliver professional sales presentations tailored to customer needs Coordinate and mature site visits Conduct market research and keep up with industry trends Maintain records and track sales activities Negotiate deals and ensure smooth closure and post-sale support What You'll Do – Telecaller & Back-Office Executive Handle inbound and outbound calls to potential leads and existing clients Schedule and coordinate site visits with the sales team Maintain follow-up records and ensure timely callbacks Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders. Prepare and update client files, property listings, and documents Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate sales or 1 year in Telecalling/ telesales / back-office A Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred. Strong communication, negotiation, presentation and interpersonal skills Proficiency in lead follow-up and client engagement Ability to work independently and meet sales targets Proficiency in MS Office, Google Sheets. Familiarity with sales forecasting and planning. Open to travel , as and when required. Knowledge of the local real estate market and regulations is a plus Experience with digital marketing and social media platforms An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
