Job Description

A tele caller is responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls to customers or potential clients, usually for sales, support, or information collection purposes. Note: Experience Certificate required . ______________ Key Responsibilities: 1. Outbound Calling: • Call leads to inform them about products. • Follow up on leads given by site visit report the marketing staffs. 2. Sales & Lead Generation: • Explain product features and benefits clearly. • Convince prospects to get an appointment to meet. • Fix appointment for the marketing staff to meet the customer. • Track the feedback about the meeting from customers and marketing staff. • Record customer interactions and outcomes accurately. 3. Data Management & Reporting: • Maintain and update the customer database (CRM tools). • Prepare daily call reports as required. 4. Follow-Up & Relationship Building: • Make follow-up calls for pending issues, queries, or feedback. • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through consistent communication. ______________ Key Skills Required: • Good communication (verbal and written) • Active listening and patience • Time management and multitasking • Basic computer and CRM knowledge
