1) Making outbound calls to potential customers. 2) Presenting products or services and answering customer questions. 3)Persuading customers to make a purchase, 4)Following up with leads and closing deals. 5) Building and maintaining strong customer relationships Job Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain products/services. Handle inbound queries and assist customers with relevant information. Maintain and update the customer database with accurate information. Follow up with potential customers to convert leads into sales. Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets. Job Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of Telecallers/Sales Executives for B2B & B2C sales. Set and monitor sales targets, ensuring team performance meets business goals. Train, mentor, and motivate team members to improve efficiency. Develop strategies to increase customer acquisition and retention. Work closely with marketing and operations teams to streamline processes.
