Job Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of Telecallers/Sales Executives for B2B & B2C sales. Set and monitor sales targets, ensuring team performance meets business goals. Train, mentor, and motivate team members to improve efficiency. Develop strategies to increase customer acquisition and retention. Work closely with marketing and operations teams to streamline processes.
