Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve student acquisition targets for digital marketing programs.
  • Lead, train, and mentor a team of telesales executives, ensuring high-quality client interactions and strong conversion rates.
  • Oversee daily operations, monitor KPIs, and analyze team performance to ensure goals are met.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospective learners and corporate partners relevant to digital marketing education.
  • Address queries and resolve complaints, ensuring a positive brand experience for every caller.
  • Collaborate with marketing and placement teams to align sales strategies with campaigns and student outcomes.

Skills Required

  • Proven ability to lead and motivate telesales teams in an educational or digital environment.
  • Strong verbal communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Expertise in CRM and sales tracking software, preferably within an education business.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing trends and a passion for technology education.
  • Ability to analyze performance data and adjust strategies for improved outcomes.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
