Tele Sales Head (Insurance Sales)

Role Overview: As a Lead Tele Sales professional for Insurance across Life, Health, and Assured Income Plans, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive sales growth. You will need to analyze team performance daily to identify sales conversion gaps and work towards improving them. Your hands-on approach will involve understanding training, skill, will, and funnel conversion gaps to ensure the team meets monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. You will collaborate with internal and external sales and operations teams to monitor sales performance, achieve required conversion rates, and build a high-performing team. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the Tele Sales team to achieve Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual sales targets - Identify and address sales conversion gaps on a daily basis - Build a top talent team in Sales and Operations for IND Moneys Insurance Business - Provide regular feedback to Product teams to enhance user experience from pre-purchase to claim settlement - Collaborate with compliance team to ensure adherence to IRDA regulations and prevent mis-selling - Drive overall business growth and customer engagement - Partner with operations and Customer Service teams to enhance NPS and call-center efficiencies - Develop a scalable playbook for customer success and high engagement Qualifications Required: - 7-12 years of experience in Tele Sales, preferably in the Life or Health insurance sector - Strong understanding of insurance products and business metrics - Experience in managing sales P&L with business and team targets - Proven track record of building and scaling Contact center teams - Leadership experience in leading a high-performance insurance sales team - Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements in the insurance industry would be a plus,
