Tele Sales Head (Insurance Sales)

Role Summary:

• Lead Tele Sales & strategy for Insurance across Life, Health and Assured Income Plans. Get into micro details of team functioning and understanding the gaps in sales conversion on a daily basis. Someone who is willing to dirty their hands and get into understanding training/skill/will/funnel conversion gaps.
• Execute through sales team the the Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual sales number.
• To drive the growth with internal/external sales/operations team management. Monitor the sales performance and achieve the required conversion rates on sales funnels.
• Build a team with top talent in Sales / Ops, acquiring top quartile talent for IND Money’s Insurance Business.
• Give regular feedback to Product teams, help them in providing frictionless user experience in the pre purchase and post purchase insurance journey till claim settlement.
• Partnership with the compliance team to follow IRDA regulations, ensuring no escalations or mis-selling.
• Responsible for the overall growth of the business & customer engagement.
• Partnership with ops and CS team to build high NPS business and improve the call-center efficiencies.
• Create a scalable playbook that delivers customer success and high engagement.

Requirements:

• Desired years of experience 7-12 years
• First Principle thinker, demonstrating strong understanding of insurance products (preferably Life or health insurance) and insurance business metrics, managed sales P&L with business and team targets.
• Built and scaled Contact center teams from scratch while maintaining RM economics
• Past leadership experience in leading a leading B2C high performance insurance sales team
• Understanding of regulatory & compliance with respect to the insurance business will be a plus.
