Key Responsibilities: Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote our services (Relocation, Fine Art Logistics, etc.) Identify customer needs and provide information about our offerings and solutions Generate and qualify leads to support the field sales team Follow up with clients and maintain strong customer relationships Meet or exceed monthly sales and lead generation targets Maintain records of calls and sales in the CRM system Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful deal closure Requirements: 2 to 4 years of proven experience in telesales, inside sales, or telemarketing (preferably in logistics or relocation industry) Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Kannada Ability to handle rejections and remain motivated Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools Graduate degree in any discipline Preferred Skills: Experience in selling B2B services or working in a similar domain Good negotiation and persuasive skills Customer-focused with a proactive approach
