Role & responsibilities : Plan, coordinate, and monitor LED video wall installations at various client sites. Supervise and guide on-site installation technicians and ensure quality workmanship. Collaborate with the assembly team to prepare materials for deployment. Act as the primary point of contact for clients during installation and service activities. Provide status updates to clients and internal teams regularly. Understand client requirements and ensure installation and service quality meets expectations. coordinate for service complaints with the technical team for resolution. Maintain a log of service requests, resolutions, and recurring issues. Offer technical guidance to the client over phone/WhatsApp when required. Prepare and maintain job sheets, service forms, QC checklists, and closure reports. Report Management for site status, material usage, and feedback to the operations manager. Ensure ticket closure through WhatsApp reporting as per company format.Ensure proper communication between ground teams and office-based teams. Ensure team discipline, work ethics, and reporting standards are maintained.
